Congratulations to Year 11 student, Megan Evans, who recently represented Wales U17 at the recent Netball Europe Championships, which took place in Huddersfield at the beginning of March.
Megan helped the Welsh team to second place in the tournament and received a Silver medal. This is the first time that Megan has represented Wales after going through a rigorous selection process that whittled numbers down from about one-hundred players to a final cut of just twelve.
Furthermore, Megan was in the starting seven for each of the matches at the tournament, playing Goal Defence. She plays her club netball for Chester U16s and in the netball Super League Academy for Loughborough Lightning U17.
