Lower Sixth Chemistry students have been taking part in the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Young Analyst Competition.

The competition enables students to demonstrate and expand on their existing chemistry knowledge, skills and aptitude for analytical science through practical experiments based on relevant problems. Each task aims to require some experimentation that is relatively familiar to the students and other testing that is likely to be unfamiliar or require additional research.

We were selected as one of 200 schools to run the competition in-house and the competing students should know the outcome of their results after half term on 7th June - good luck everybody!
