Following a rigorous recruitment process The Grange School is delighted to welcome Stephen Gauller to the role of Chief Operating Officer. As COO Stephen will drive the school’s strategic development plan and support the Head’s vision to become the best co-educational school in the country by leading the way in the use and teaching of future technologies.
Stephen took up his post over Easter and joins from The Frank Field Educational Trust. Bringing a wealth of experience with him, Stephen has been a senior leader in educational management for 16 years and prior to this he followed a pathway that took him from electrical engineering through to the Corporate Responsibility Team with one of the country’s leading energy suppliers. Stephen has built and led a multi academy trust central team providing financial services, HR, communications and marketing expertise to schools in addition to broader financial planning, facility development and legislative compliance.
Speaking of his appointment, Stephen said: “I’m so pleased to be joining The Grange School at such an exciting time in its growth as a modern, forward-thinking independent school. As part of the school’s leadership team, I will oversee the imminent redevelopment of the Senior Hall which will provide students with outstanding dining facilities and bright and inspirational spaces to learn. This build is an investment in our commitment to building a world-class educational experience for our students. I look forward to helping to shape the future of the school’s continued success.”
